## Helpdesk Team Lead, Wallingford, United Kingdom - Country:United Kingdom - Field location:Wallingford, Oxfordshire - Office:CABI Wallingford To provide day-to-day leadership of CABI's Helpdesk service, ensuring that colleagues receive a professional, responsive and consistent service across a globally distributed organisation. The role line manages the Helpdesk team, coordinates workload and cover, acts as the first operational escalation point, and owns the effective administration and continual improvement of Freshservice and Freshdesk. The post holder will remain hands-on in the support operation while creating clear processes, useful reporting, strong knowledge sharing and effective engagement with regional IT colleagues and service owners.
