## Consultant AIRCOP reporting Expert - Organization:UNODC - Office on Drugs and Crime Result of Service:Support the agenda development, planning and delivery of practical and theoretical training on the modules outlined in Section 3 across Latin America and the Caribbean including in: Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Chile, Dominican Republic, Guyana, Jamaica, Mexico, Paraguay and Trinidad and Tobago.Deliver theoretical-practical training courses on "overview of drug trafficking, producers, routes and airports, police cooperation in airports, organized crime, courier´s manual, interview techniques, methods of drug concealment at airports, passengers and cargo, narcotic tests overview, PNR, API, the role of targeting systems in combatting drug trafficking, open sources.Deliver theoretical-practical training courses on "Targeting systems and Air company’s systems;Deliver theoretical-practical training courses on “Advanced Passenger Control: Behavioural Indicators, Interviewing, and Search Techniques Training Course”;Deliver theoretical-practical training courses on “Passenger information data, API, PNR data collection and Risk Analysis”;Deliver theoretical-practical training courses on “Detection technologies – (x-ray, body scan, trace scanners, etc.)”;Deliver theoretical-practical training courses on “Detection, Identification, and Interception of Illicit Drugs Training Course”;Deliver theoretical-practical training courses on “Passenger information data – use of passenger targeting system”;Deliver theoretical-practical training courses on “Criminal Intelligence - Establishment of patterns, trends and search rules”;Practical and Mentorship Passenger Training Course.Conduct follow-up activities to assess and reinforce participants’ knowledge and practical application in the following areas: drug-trafficking trends, producing countries, routes and airports; Expected duration:31.10.26 - 26.03.27 Duties and Responsibilities:Under the supervision of the Regional Coordinator for Latin America and the Caribbean, the consultant will perform the following substantive duties and responsibilities: Deliver various modules of practical and theoretical training as outlined in the AIRCOP Training Catalogue: Module: Recognition and detection of drugs Module: The fight against all forms of transnational organized crime Module: Air cargo Module: Surveillance and control of general aviation Module: Risk-based approach as holistic approach for law enforcement agencies - Risk-led approach Module: Risk-based approach as holistic approach for law enforcement agencies – Intelligence (including data mining) Module: Passenger information data – PNR and API Module: Passenger information data - Collection Module: Passenger information data - Targeting Module: Passenger information data – use of passenger targeting system Module: Collection, management and sharing of intelligence and operational information at an airport setting, including use of real-time communication tools Module: Behavioural analysis Module: Methods of Drug Concealment at International Airports Module: Narcotic Tests Overview Module: X-ray techniques Module: K9 techniques Module: Fraudulent travel
