Objectives of the assignment The consultancy aims to evaluate the feasibility of implementing the FAST strategy in hospital settings by examining its performance across the TB care cascade, including screening, diagnosis, treatment initiation, patient flow, and service linkage. It also assesses the readiness, sustainability, and resource requirements for integrating FAST into routine hospital services, while identifying implementation gaps, barriers, enabling factors, and best practices to develop recommendations for strengthening and scaling up the strategy.
