This is an entry-level editorial role that combines content commissioning and management of scientific datasets, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career at the intersection of scientific publishing, information management, and data stewardship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the life sciences, preferably educated to postgraduate level, with the ability to interpret, evaluate, and manage scientific information and data. An interest in subject areas covered by CABI Compendium, including crops and crop pests, horticulture, invasive species, animal sciences, and aquaculture, would be advantageous. Previous recruitment experience suggests that this role is particularly well suited to candidates who have recently completed, or are nearing completion of a PhD.
