The Digital Impact Manager will provide enterprise-wide leadership for UNICEF Uganda’s digital impact agenda, shaping strategy, governance and investment across programme and operations. Working with senior leadership, government, development partners, the private sector and UNICEF teams, the role will build strategic alliances, influence digital ecosystems and drive scalable, responsible solutions that strengthen national systems, improve organizational performance and accelerate sustainable results for children and young people. Foster innovation and digital transformation (DX), and oversee piloting, evidence generation and scaling of priority Digital Transformation / Digital Impact and Innovation initiatives. 2. Enhance ICT, Digital Transformation / Digital Impact and Innovation governance, collaboration, build internal and external relationships and capacity. 3. If you would like to know more about this position, please review the complete Job Description here:JD - Digital Impact Manager 51311 P4.pdf To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have… Minimum requirements - Education: Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Software engineering, Information technology Management and any other related fields. - Work Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience in Information Communication Technology, Digital Impact Project Management, Business Operations, Networks Information Security, Large international organizational experience and any other related fields. - Skills: Experience is required in Team Leadership, Project Management, Business Analytics, Partnerships, Information Security, Audit and Risk Management. - Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required. Desirables - Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset. - UN experience, Leading Change management, Certification in Prince II, ITIL - Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
