This role is responsible for ensuring effective communication and information management, as well as vigilant monitoring and support of vehicles and convoys, engaged in ICRC activities, with a keen focus on implementing and upholding standard operating procedures. The aim is to guarantee the safety of ICRC teams by ensuring that all concerned parties adhere to established protocols and procedures.Start date: ImmediatelyYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESCommunication Management: Swiftly transmit and receive messages using telephone and satellite systems, ensuring prioritization based on the nature and urgency of the communications.Real-Time VehicleandField Activity Monitoring: Monitor and document the movements of all ICRC field teams, maintaining an up-to-date record of all field activities.Regular Radio Checks: Conduct routine radio checks with ICRC staff to ensure continuous and seamless communication.Operational Logging: Maintain a detailed station log of all operational occurrences within the ICRC.Telecommunication Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate telecommunication equipment, including telephones, computers, and two-way radios.Incident Reporting: Promptly inform Management and the Operations Room Manager of any information or incidents that could impact the safety of personnel and assets.Situation Report Creation: Develop and disseminate various situation reports to provide comprehensive updates on ongoing operations and incidents.Shift Schedule: Work according to a shift schedule, with each shift not exceeding 8 hours.WHAT WE OFFER YOUA great team to work with and an organization where you have an impactEmployment contract according to Ukrainian labor law with flexible working arrangementsCompetitive salary between UAH 42,000 and 56,000 (gross) before taxationMedical insurance for you and your depending family membersComprehensive onboarding and learning opportunities20 days of annual paid leaveConvenient office location in the city centerWe welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender, age, disability, health status, background, or any other personal characteristics.
