If you would like to know more about this consultancy, please review the complete Terms of Reference here:TMC0004868 External ToR 2.pdf Minimum Qualification required: Bachelors degree in Communications, Knowledge Management, International Development, Partnership Management or related field At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in communications, advocacy, knowledge management, partnership management, preferably in the development/humanitarian sector and with a focus on water, sanitation, climate change or related issues. Knowledge/Expertise/Skills Strong experience in developing advocacy and communications strategies and products; Proven track record in knowledge management, partnership coordination and donor reporting; Excellent writing and editing skills for external and internal audiences and donor community; Experience with knowledge management and documentation; Familiarity with UNICEF branding and content strategies will be an added advantage. Language Requirements Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of Arabic and/or French is an asset. Experience working with UN agencies. Previous work on water scarcity, WASH, or climate change advocacy.
